About Belle Aire Place
It is about 20 years that the first groundbreaking was done for the Belle Aire Place Sectional Title residential complex.
And within a year some 21 houses were completed, accommodating a host of different units: Single storey units, units with garden space and a loft, groundfloor units with a garden and first floor units with huge lofts – seventy units in total, all with two bathrooms and either two or three bedrooms.
It was at this time that estates and complexes started to become very popular, especially in the North-Western parts of Johannesburg, extending beyond the traditional areas of Randburg.
Within a short time, Belle Aire Place became popular among all generations, due to its security concious approach by its body corporate. Not to mention the family friendly surroundings and a welcoming yet strict policy for pet-lovers.
The same spirit is still present with today’s body corporate.
