Guidelines for Installations
Living in a Sectional Title Complex is living in a community, which requires that certain rules are in place. It is a must for all that every owner or tenant complies with these rules to ensure a harmonious being together.
If you plan to do some changes to your unit, whether it is to change your hob in the kitchen to gas or for a big solar panel installation on the roof, take your time to read through these Guidelines and our Conduct Rules. The guidelines will give you an additional help in your planning.
For certain of your improvements or installations you will only have to notify the trustees. But others may need approval and this might take a few days before the trustees can discuss your specific requirement. You, the owners have entrusted the managing and upkeeping of the complex to the rustees, and this is the reason why the trustees need to be informed when such work is planned.
Please always remember – these are guidelines only to asssist an owner to stay within the framework of various rules and regulations.
